Stainless balanced flue systems provide all necessary requirements for ventilation, combustion air as well as a flue in one carefully designed unit.
The balanced flue system allows a balance between the air inlets and the exhaust outlets so that no air is drawn from the boiler room. Down drafts are eliminated and this allows the boiler to operate at maximum efficiency. The flue outlet and air inlet are at the same level and therefore in the same pressure zone, ensuring that variations in wind pressure affect the inlets and outlet equally. The resulting equilibrium gives a balanced condition within the boiler room at all times.
Careful design ensures that the balanced flue systems perform efficiently in both calm and windy conditions. The combustion products are exhausted through a heavily insulated stainless steel flue which is built into the central core of the balanced flue system.
